How your information will be used
The Information we hold and use will be used for our administrative purposes only. We will keep and use it to enable us to run the business and manage our relationship with you effectively, lawfully and appropriately.
Much of the information will have been provided by you and is used for contact and to let you know when we have special offers or events ( such as Macmillan coffee mornings)
You have the right to withdraw consent at any time for the information that we hold.
We will only disclose information about you to third parties if we are legally obliged to do so.
We may, with your consent, share information about you with other companies such as your employer, insurance or healthcare plan companies.
Your personal data will be stored for a period of 7 years
